Rick Riordan's Heroes of Olympus: Son of Neptune

I can't wait to get hold of this book. I have read Riordan's Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series as well as book 1 of his Heroes of Olympus series.

What I like about Riordan's books is that mythologies galore are plotted in modern times. These kinds of books in general are what I consider light reading. They are fun, full of magic, yet you get life's important lessons as well.
People ask me why I read those children's books when I used to read heavy drama and courtroom cases and mysteries. I just smile at them. Sometimes I take the time to explain but then oftentimes they don't get what I meant. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I"m terrible at explaining? Hope not but, probably. :)

  1. If you read Percy Jackson and the Olimpians, you know how good Rick Riordan is at making a story come to life. The good news is he takes the same style of making ancient Greece and Rome clash with modern life, this book keeps you rerading as you try to see what happens to Percy Jackson, and his new friends Frank and Hazel in the new camp, Camp Jupitor.
